The Tim Tebow Foundation has a great passion for people with special needs, and in 2014 we launched “Night to Shine.” Our vision was simple… work with churches around the country to provide an incredible prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 16 and older. God’s vision was bigger… In just one year, Night to Shine became a worldwide movement that is changing Valentine’s Day from simply a celebration of love, to a celebration of God’s love for people with special needs and the value of life. It was a night not only for our guests to shine, but for churches to shine, for volunteers to shine, and most importantly, for Christ to shine. Night to Shine provides a red carpet entrance complete with a friendly welcome from paparazzi, limousine rides, hair and makeup stations, shoe shining areas and, of course, a dance floor.
Below you will find online registration options for both participants and volunteers.
All volunteers will need to download the volunteer packet (found at the bottom of the form) and, upon submitting your registration form you will receive an email from a third-party site to complete a background check form. You will have to complete this form before you will be allowed to help with the event. For any questions regarding the background check form, please email Autumn Randles.
Volunteer Planning meetings take place at the Courtyard Marriott Navy Yard | 140 L Street SE | 2nd floor every Wednesday at 7:45pm until the event takes place! At this point we are no longer accepting any new volunteers, but if you do have any questions regarding a volunteer position, email Autumn Randles.
